GDPR updates in Wise
The following changes have been made in Wise in relation to meet the requirements to the new GDPR regulation that takes effect on May 25:th 2018.’
GDPR Assistance - Administrator
Your account administrator can in Wise activate or deactivate GDPR assistance under company settings when logged in to Wise. The setting will affect the entire account and all its users.
The administrator can also enable the project managers to circumvent the global settings for GDPR assistance during the setup, this is done on the form level.
On May 25:th 2018 all accounts in EU, or those with no country specified will automatically have GDPR assistance activated.
Agents
- On the start page the list of the five last calls will have the telephone numbers masked.
- Personal call-backs will have telephone number, names and comments masked but accessible in plain text on mouse over.
- The report “Your calls” will be have masked telephone number and comments and respondent information will be hidden.
- Users must approve/give permission before saving personal information.
Project managers
- Find, export and delete (“forget me”) will be possible under respondent status page.
- Personal sample and respondent information will only be available to the assigned project manager in plain text.
- Recordings and live audio/screen monitoring will per default only be available to assigned project manager.
- The report “Export sample file” will only be available to the assigned project manager.
- Reassigning project manager can only be done by the currently assigned project manager.
- Project manager can grant permission for supervisor to access recordings and do live audio/screen monitoring.
